Customer Service Agent (English/German/French)

- Providing help and assistance to customers in English (main language),
- Handling customer’s complaints and resolving customer’s issues,
- Keeping accurate records of discussions and correspondence with the customers,
- Cooperation with the relevant departments (finance department, dispatch department, purchasing department) in order to resolve customer‘s issue,
- Maintaining Database.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via email (main), phone and chat.

Other Responsibilities include:

Notate conversations and interactions correctly, send timely and friendly follow,
Escalate tickets to the internal team as needed,
Manage priorities; work independently and with minimal supervision,
Responsible for fulfilment work, including returns and order tracking.

Qualifications

Must have excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
Must be amenable to work per rota/weekends.
Must have excellent Customer Service Skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
