Working with this customer left unpleasant impressions.I think the points listed by me are important information for other freelancers who may be expected to cooperate with this customer.1 .A person has absolutely no sense of respect for the executor.Dedline - 5 days, but 2 days before the completion the customer uncertainly writes what he understands - in Ukraine problems with light, however, when the work will be ready.I think if an adequate person is aware of all the circumstances of life now, he will not hold the executor for 2 days before the work is completed and even more - hurry him.There must be elementary kindness and kindness, especially in our difficult times.Customer, be grateful if the work is done in time, and not trigger the stressful schedule of the freelancer.We are all humans and must always remain humans, and in the conditions of today’s life, mutual understanding and mutual respect are the most important priority in cooperation!Therefore, in almost every review I emphasize this and thank my customers for this attitude.2ndIn the project was clearly formulated TZ - the translation of 65 pages of the text into the Ukrainian language.During the discussion of the project the customer suddenly warned that the text has long not been read and most likely it should be brought into a state of literacy and readability.For the goodness of my soul, I agreed to read 65 pages of the text for free!Just because I used to work correctly and responsibly - it is impossible to take the translation of the text, which with a thousand types of errors, and to make the translation without making this text in order, in accordance with the language norms in the original text.What did I get in gratitude?No single word of simple thank you for the long painful reading, but the demand to provide the Russian-language text that was read by me.Question to the customer - Did you indicate in the description of the project the need to provide you with the text you read, or was it just about translation?Before claiming what was done for free, but on the basis of what a quality translation of the text was done - you thought how kindly I could ask that I was not obliged to give you from the word ALL for one simple reason - this work was not in my duty and was not paid.But even in this case, it could be simply humanly to ask me about the possibility to provide the text, rather than to take the project by attack and demand more than it was initially placed in it.I always deal with understanding to everything without exception to customers and try to make the result exceed expectations and not only match them, but the wrathful ignorance and dishonesty simply get out of the wing and make them think again three times before doing good in such an exclusive particular case.Conclusion: I don’t recommend the customer to cooperate, and if you decide – read all the nuances of cooperation EXTRA, especially in relation to the work with the texts, so that then these nuances do not put you before the choice – to do a project on consciousness or tremble nerves with the disagreement of the TZ with the unfounded requirements of the customer.
