Working with Marina V. on the CharterBnB project was truly interesting and productive. It wasn't a simple website or a one-time setup, but a full-fledged serious DevOps project for a large WordPress platform in the yacht charter marketplace niche. There were many important technical tasks involved: setting up server infrastructure, optimizing Nginx/PHP-FPM, Redis, MySQL, Cloudflare caching, staging/live environments, CI/CD through GitHub Actions, WordPress security, Wordfence, backups, monitoring through Sentry, Telegram alerts, email/DKIM/SPF/DMARC, recovery tests, documentation, and handover.

The project was very intensive and technically interesting: it required not just "setting something up," but building a proper production-ready process, where there is staging, live, deployment control, protection, backups, caching, post-release checks, and clear documentation for further support.
