The motor engineer was required to update the spare parts store and create the equipment store with integration into the CRM.It was decided to create a joint store based on the designer Bitrix24 (Cloud).Together they placed on it information about the imported brands of the company, news and catalogues also crossed from old sites.Previously all the information was posted on different websites (5 pieces)There was no integrity.After the combination in one solution on the portal Bitrix24 appeared the possibility of rapidly updating the catalogue and receiving the order immediately and without problems with loading/loading, appeared the possibility of building customer routes to managers without attracting developers, as well as easy to edit the content in the store.In the Bitrix24 portal itself, there are 5 sales portals (3 for the sale of equipment, 1 for spare parts and 1 for service), all popular social networks and messengers, telephony are connected.All communication with retail and wholesale customers is stored in their cards and transactions.Transactions are automated and generate repeated transactions for the sale of spare parts and service services after the sale of equipment.The company has implemented business processes connecting different departments into a single harmonious network with automatic forwarding tasks and control of their performance.The portal is connected by dealers through external access, they communicate with the company’s employees on all the issues of interest and exchange data also through business processes, which repeatedly accelerates the work with the partner network and minimizes risks.Everyone understands the rules of work and issues are resolved as quickly and transparent as possible.In addition, the company has a structure of positions and departments, roles and access rights, a marketing analyst has earned and finally the owners have received an answer to the question of the recovery of advertising.both advertising campaigns and sales are now in a single corporate portal.
