    Project Description
    An automated integration has been developed and implemented between the marketplace Prom.ua and the accounting system Dilovod.ua, which simplifies the management of orders, customers, and products. This integration minimizes manual labor, reduces the risk of errors, and ensures timely data updates in the system.

    Main functionality of the integration
    1. Product Creation
    Upon the first launch of the integration, all products from Prom.ua are automatically created in Dilovod.ua.
    Key attributes are transferred: name, article, price, stock, description, etc.
    Subsequently, products are not duplicated – information is updated only as needed.
    2. Order Synchronization by Status
    Orders are not transferred immediately, but only when their status in Prom.ua changes to one of the specified ones (for example, "reserved" or "in assembly").
    When the status changes – information about the order is automatically sent to Dilovod.ua.
    The complete composition of the order is transferred, including products, their quantity, price, and other details.
    3. Automatic Creation or Linking of Customers
    Before transferring the order to Dilovod.ua, the system checks if the customer exists in the database.
    If the customer does not exist – they are automatically created with all contact details.
    If the customer already exists in the database – the order is linked to the existing record.
    This helps avoid customer duplication and keeps the purchase history of each one.
    4. Process Optimization and Error Control
    The integration includes data verification mechanisms before transfer to avoid duplications and discrepancies.
    If an error occurs (for example, missing product article or incorrect status) – the order is not transferred, and the administrator receives a notification about the issue.
    Logging of all actions is provided to track transferred data and correct possible errors.
