The system is divided into 4 main segments:
Leads come from Google, Facebook, TikTok, the website, phone, WhatsApp.
Instant processing + distribution into the sales funnel.
Full automation is required:
Each client for whom we completed a move → enters the Follow-Up chain for 10 months.
Exactly after 10 months → an automatic WhatsApp message is sent:
“Hello! We previously completed a move for you. Are you planning another move in the near future?”
After sending the message, the client enters the “Past Clients – Follow Up” funnel.
This funnel contains 3 stages:

If the client is “Not Relevant” → a new timer for 10 months is automatically started.

These are leads that come in daily, and the employee must sort them into the “small moves” segment.
