and the server vTiger CRM().The route of the outgoing call of the lowest value through the cellular or fixed communication channel attached to the specific operator is carried out by the prefix of the direction by the Asterisk means.At the workplaces of operators with Windows OS, as customers were used free SIP software with wiring hardware and connection to their profile on vTiger CRM to make orders and customer address book through any WEB browser, as well as obtaining information about the caller from the address book when entering the call in the form of a floating ring with information about the caller and the data about the ordered orders, as well as the form of making a new order.The Supervisor’s workplace profile is set in FreePBX and vTiger CRM so that Supervisor has the ability to receive information and reports about the operators’ work in different modes, about the number and data on responded and non-responsive calls, etc.
To operate the Asterisk software (for example, logging operators and operators calls), the FreePBX and vTiger CRM systems, and also storing their settings, one MySQL Database server is used.
