    Our company uses the Odoo ERP system as a key tracker, project management, financial accounting, resource management and recruitment, planning.After the introduction of the 8 Odoo version, we started actively processing it, improving the interface and configuring it to our needs.Changes have affected both the stylism and the convenience of use.We gathered feedback from users who used individual modules and on the basis of these reviews a re-design was made.Serious changes touched the Calendar, User Cards, Project, Task, Staff List, Vacations, Candidate, Cannabis Dossiers, Mobile View Editing.What was before:
    Standard version of Odu 8

    What I received after:
    They have re-designed the main functionality of the entire ODA, including: calendar, canban tasks, list view, card view.Each page/fiche was processed separately.First we identified the problem to be solved, developed Low Fidelity patterns, discussed with steckholders and users.It was all overwhelmed and developed.On average, one such screen took 8-16 hours of the designer's work.The development of the design-system was conducted parallelly, the elements were created laterally.If there will be a need to use these similar elements in the future, they can be reused and significantly save time on the design.

    Due to the continuous and active growth of the company, its business processes have become very complicated. The new employee had to work for more than 2 months to start recovering.

    Results
    We have developed a sequence scheme of customer interaction, document movement and supplier interaction, which allowed to identify narrow places and divide responsibility for individual functions. It also simplifies the entry procedure for new employees.
    As the executive director said: "I carry this scheme with me every day to understand who is responsible for what and what functions are now out of work."
