A passage of translation of technical documentation from Ukrainian to English for professional blenders. The task included the accurate transmission of all instructions regarding safety, temperature modes, connection to the power supply, and usage rules, while maintaining the terminology of the original and the structure of the text. Special attention was paid to the accuracy and clarity of formulations to ensure safe and correct use of the device by the end user.

Translation of series of the show from English to Russian

Within this project, I translated series of the show from English to Ukrainian. The work included accurate translation of dialogues, preserving emotional tone, adapting expressions for the audience, and checking formatting for subtitles. Analysis of communication results for the preparation of the energy certificate
Information Gathering
The goal of the project was to collect commercial proposals and clarify the cost of preparing an energy certificate and project description for participation in a government program. Over four days, communication was conducted with specialized companies to obtain information about services, their costs, and terms of cooperation. As a result, a complete commercial proposal was received from one company and partial information from another. The collected data allowed for an assessment of the companies' readiness to support clients, the level of communication, and potential weaknesses in the sales process.

Analytical report and recommendations from the competitive environment analysis
Information Gathering
Analytical freelance case, carried out within a real project. A comprehensive analysis of the competitive environment has been conducted: communication channels, customer service responsiveness, pricing policy, execution timelines, and digital presence of companies. Based on the research, practical conclusions and recommendations have been formed regarding the enhancement of competitiveness, customer orientation, and optimization of online communication. The data in the work has been anonymized in accordance with confidentiality requirements.

Information Gathering
As part of this project, I conducted an audit and analysis of the work of client service managers across various platforms (in the portfolio example, I include it without specifying particular websites). The goal is to assess the quality of communication with candidates and users, response speed, accuracy of the information provided, and ease of interaction.
The work included:

2. Evaluation of the tone, confidence, and competence of the managers.
3. Recording of key indicators: date and time of contact, response speed, duration of conversation, explanation of terms, tone, and comfort of communication.
4. Preparation of a structured table and analytical report with recommendations.
Result:
1. A template for evaluating managers and processing data has been created.
2. Strong and weak points of communications have been recorded.
The data was used to improve customer service and enhance the quality of interaction with candidates.
