Те що є в типовій конфігурації не підходить для спілкування з клієнтами через бот, а також неможлива взаємодія між працівником і клієнтом… так от і питання: вам потрібне повноцінний Телеграм-бот з можливістю створювати сценарії для самообслуговування клієнтів і спілкування чи просто доопрацювання того що є без взаємодії працівника і клієнта?

Я знайомий з функціоналом запису для клінта, та "обговореннями" функціоналом, але, на жаль, не має можливості, на скільки я читав і тд зробити взаємодію відносно нагадуваннь та задач в тг для співробітника.
