Текстури тайлові чи потрібен бейк і унікальна текстура?
Які потрібні текстурні карти - base color, normal roughness metallic? -
Кол-во полигонов без оверкила (чтоб оно не 1000 мб весило)))) Текстуры можно и уникальные и тайловые (как больше п охоже на вывеску а ля Лас вегас и что под рукой из готового есть) - base color, normal roughness metallic - вполне хватит (вы в какой проге работаете?)
