Adaptation of the existing textual content of "Bravo" to the needs of the website, considering structure, UX, target audience, and SEO requirements (in Ukrainian and English).
2. Target audience
- Institutions and enterprises seeking software products (or creating new products) for automating their activities;
- Government and private laboratories of any activity sector;
- Higher education institutions;
- Enterprises using "Bravo" products;
- IT specialists.
3. Content marketer tasks
- Conduct an audit of the provided texts: BRAVO_контент.docx.
- Create a new content structure.
- Formulate clear, understandable messages considering B2B audiences (laboratories, IT departments, government agencies).
- Write or edit texts for each website page, focusing on simplicity, trust, and expertise. (in Ukrainian and English)
- Indicate visual accents: icon blocks, lists, comparisons, calls to action.
4. SEO analysis and optimization
- Perform a basic keyword analysis (in Ukrainian and English).
- Determine main queries for each page (up to 10 keywords/phrases).
- Optimize texts for selected queries: Title, Description, H1–H3, ALT texts for images.
- Ensure text uniqueness
- Develop URL structure (permalinks) for pages.
- Ensure content uniqueness and semantic clarity.
5. Website page structure (content)
1. Home page — brief overview of products, trust, advantages, CTA.
2. About the company — mission, experience, reasons to work with us.
3. Our products — separate blocks for each system (PHIS, LIMS, VetControl, Personnel-ZVO, etc.).
4. Documents — patents, certificates, expert opinions.
5. Testimonials/Appreciations — structured texts or quotes (scanned copies of documents).
6. Development history — list of key milestones with years.
7. News — announcements, publications, links to public mentions.
8. Contacts — contact details, brief presentation text, feedback form.
6. Text requirements
- Language: Ukrainian (main), English (adapted version).
- Structure: headings, subheadings, bullet points, short paragraphs.
- Style: formal-business with elements of lively language.
- Avoid bureaucratic expressions, complex constructions, professional jargon without explanations.
- All advantages — in the form of clear, measurable statements (what exactly improves the system, what problems it solves).
- Clearly describe benefits for the client, not just functionality.
7. Additional
- Prepare a draft of SEO metadata for each page (Title, Description, Keywords).
- Recommended phrases for internal linking.
8. Delivery format
- All texts in Word format.
- SEO metadata — in an Excel table (page / Title / Description / Keywords / URL).
- Content should be ready for layout without additional editing.
