Website adaptation on MODX

The goal is to adapt the Russian-speaking site in terms of styles and structure to the German one: to add pages that are not present in the Russian version, with translation and in the style of the German version.
The remaining pages that are not in the German version but are in the Russian one can be left (only the service pages), however, their design also needs to be adapted.
It won't be possible to make it identical (no one will demand this, a couple of years ago this site was already adapted, but the German version has been updated again during this time), but it needs to be as close as possible, as much as possible.
We are not interested in developing a new site or transferring to another CMS. We need a specialist who knows MODx well and can implement this on the existing site.
