Technical Task (Final Version)

Project: technical adaptation of transport boxes, instructions (user manual) and information label UA + development of a double-sided hangtag for the display under the TM Velano based on manufacturer templates. The main task is to adapt, not to create new. Therefore, the project price is not for design development. Please pay attention to this.

Models: BS02C, BS02P, BS04M, BS05B, BS05E, BS09P, BS10F.
SKU: ~14 (colors/article/barcode).
Materials: Google Drive (the box and manual templates are laid out by models; other files are service files, we do not touch them).

1) Scope of Work

1.1 Transport Box — 7 Models

• Take the factory template (vector/PDF) and adapt it for Velano: logo, model, color, article, EAN-13, technical data (G.W., N.W., QTY, Carton Meas), icons.

• Minimum update of the image/render of the booster to match the actual appearance (if necessary).

• Only technical style, without marketing compositions.

Output:
AI (editable) + PDF (print, CMYK, 300 dpi, bleed 3–5 mm, crop) + JPG preview of all panels.

1.2 User Manual — 7 Models

• Base on the manufacturer's template; maintain structure (content, warnings, installation, care, service).

• Languages: EN (base) + UA + PL + DE + IT + FR (texts provided; layout is yours).

• Unified icons/markings for Velano.

Output:
AI (editable) + PDF (print) + PDF (view) + JPG preview (cover + 2–3 spreads).

1.3 Information Label for Ukraine — 7 Models

• Separate white sticker (UA) with mandatory fields: name/model, materials, age/weight group, warnings, manufacturer (address), importer in Ukraine (address/contacts), date/batch (by agreement), storage conditions, EAN-13, QR code (link to manual/website).

• Style: monochrome, readability 7–9 pt+, contrast.

• Approximate size: at least 100×40 mm (adaptation allowed).

Output:
AI + PDF (print) + JPG preview.

1.4 Double-Sided Hangtag/Postcard for Display — 7 Models

• Purpose: for store display only (attached to the seat).

• Base — manufacturer templates/references (examples provided).

• Content for each model:

  • Model name Velano; 1 photo/render of the seat;

  • 3–6 key features that actually exist in the model (e.g.: ISOFIX, height/weight range, 360° rotation — if available, L.S.P./Side Protection, Top Tether — if available, headrest adjustment, etc.);

  • Icons with legend (without small text);

  • On the back — a short diagram “how to install” (icons/markings), brand contacts/QR to manual.

• Recommended parameters:

  • Format 100×150 mm or 120×180 mm (to be agreed), double-sided;

  • Hole for string/euro hole: Ø 5–6 mm, center of the hole from the edge ≥ 7 mm;

  • Thick paper (e.g., 300–350 g/m²), matte lamination — at choice;

  • No unnecessary marketing promises, only verified characteristics.

Output:
AI + PDF (CMYK, with bleed)

2) Content/Compliance Requirements

• All icons (i-Size, ISOFIX, Top Tether, 360°, L.S.P./Side Protection, UN R129, etc.) are used only where it is real in the model.

• Data on the box, manual, label, hangtag must match each other and with certification info.

• Barcodes EAN-13 — suitable for scanning; QR — check scanning from print/screen.

• EU/UA: focus on ECE R129 (i-Size) and general labeling requirements; for UA — full list of fields on the label.

3) Prepress and Structuring of Output

• Formats: AI (editable) + PDF for print (CMYK, 300 dpi, bleed 3–5 mm, crop) + JPG preview (sRGB, 1500–3000 px).

• Fonts — converted to curves + separately OTF/TTF (if possible).

• For each model — a separate folder:

4) Approval Process

1. Template of the box for 1 model → quick approval of grid/icons.

2. Deployment for the remaining models + filling 14 SKU (color/art/EAN).

3. Manual EN → overlay UA/PL/DE/IT/FR.

4. Label UA (1 per model) → approval with our import/legal team.

5. Hangtag (1 per model) → confirmation.

6. Final check and compliance checklist before sending to print/factory.

5) Deadlines and Budget

• Deadline: up to 7 days from the moment of transferring logos/texts/EAN/QR-URL.

• Budget: up to 250 USD — full set (7 boxes + 7 manuals + 7 labels UA + 7 hangtags).

6) We Provide

• Access to Drive (box and manual templates).

• Logo, brand guide, icons.

• Table with articles/color names/EAN for each SKU.

• Warning texts UA, manufacturer/importer details, URL for QR.

• Photos/renders of models (for easy image updates).
