Online store administrator - CS-Cart + Shoper platform

We are looking for a person with a solid technical background to manage an online store that requires knowledge of two systems:
- CS-Cart System
- Shoper System

Experience with the Shoper platform is REQUIRED - this is a necessary condition. As for CS-Cart, we provide full implementation and support in learning the system.

Fluent communication in Polish is REQUIRED - all internal documentation, communication with the team and clients is conducted in Polish.

## Scope of Responsibilities

### Working with the Shoper system:
- Technical management of the store on the Shoper platform
- Management of products, categories, orders
- Installation and configuration of applications from the Shoper App Store
- Configuration of integrations (payments, couriers, marketplaces)
- Updates and performance optimization
- Management of templates and customization of appearance

### Working with the CS-Cart system:
- Technical management of the CS-Cart store (after training)
- Installation and configuration of graphic templates
- Installation and testing of add-ons
- Configuration of the server environment (PHP, MySQL)
- Creating backups and system updates
- Integrations with external systems

### Common responsibilities for both systems:
- Product management with SEO and AEO optimization
- Creating optimized product descriptions using AI
- Implementation of on-page and technical SEO principles
- Synchronization of inventory between systems (if required)
- Performance optimization of both platforms
- Monitoring and troubleshooting technical issues
- Reporting results and statistics

## Requirements

### Knowledge of e-commerce systems (REQUIRED):

- ✅ Min. 1 year of practical experience with the Shoper platform - THIS IS A NECESSARY CONDITION
- ✅ Very good knowledge of the Shoper admin panel
- ✅ Experience in installing and configuring Shoper applications
- ✅ Knowledge of Shoper integrations (Allegro, BaseLinker, payment systems, couriers)
- ✅ Ability to customize Shoper templates
- ✅ Management of products, orders, categories in online stores
- ⭐️ Knowledge of other platforms (PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Magento) - welcome

CS-Cart - we do not require prior experience, we provide full training!

### SEO Competencies (REQUIRED):

Basic SEO principles:
- ✅ Knowledge of on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, H1-H6 headers)
- ✅ URL optimization (friendly links, site structure)
- ✅ Image optimization (alt, title, compression, file names)
- ✅ Internal linking (anchor text, link structure)
- ✅ Structured data (schema.org, rich snippets)
- ✅ Basics of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization - optimization for AI search engines)

Working with AI in SEO:
- ✅ Ability to create prompts for generating SEO content
- ✅ Use of AI for writing product descriptions (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- ✅ Optimization of AI-generated content (fact-checking, personalization, uniqueness)
- ✅ Knowledge of E-E-A-T content creation principles (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness)
- ✅ Ability to verify and edit AI content for SEO and quality

Technical SEO (welcome):
- Configuration of robots.txt, sitemap.xml
- 301/302 redirects

Web technologies:
