Алгоритм для анализа и выявления статуса активности клиента
Если кратко, то нужно придумать алгоритм для анализа клиентской базы с целью выявления статуса активности клиента по нашим направлениям товаров (услуг). Варианты статусов - ноль, активный, ушел, вернулся. Исходные данные - даты и суммы обращений клиентов за определенный период времени.
Остальное обсудим на этапе согласования.

Это же обычный rfm анализ, особо придумывать ничего не надо - частота, давность и ценность покупок. Только на этом далеко не уедешь, годится для реактивации базы и если получится для удержания клиентского сегмента. Самое интересное и сложное это сегментация по интересам и предугадывание потребности клиента.
