Hello! I am the project manager of Business Atlas. For the online language school, Kommo CRM is the basic standard that allows you to not lose leads in Direct and quickly transfer them to messengers. We have over 50 successfully implemented projects, including for educational projects. We will build the system so that you can manage the content (templates and triggers) yourself without involving a programmer. What you will receive as a result:
• Instagram Direct integration: All dialogues go into the CRM. You can see which post or Reels the client came from.
• Customized funnel: We will create logical stages from the first request to successful payment, taking into account the specifics of "diagnostics."
• Triggers on Reels: We will set up a Salesbot within Kommo that will respond to keywords in comments or Direct. You will be able to change these words at any time.
• Templates and reminders: We will create a database of quick responses for managers and set up automatic "nudges" so that leads do not "hang" at the diagnostics stage.
• Convenient analytics: We will teach you how to use filters and export the database for further mailings or retargeting.
