Где взять для этого информацию. Поскольку в письме кроме 16-ричных цифр и пометок <removed> нет явной информации. Но по идее она должна быть, иначе зачем Бы Яндекс присылал просто спам? Мэйл ру например присылает максимально подробную информацию о жалобе на рассылку, если она случается.
