В проекте есть библиотека "Rocket Web\codecanyon\libs\library.aar". В ней и происходит считывание и установка линка. В принципе, изменить ее можно, но это достаточно хлопотно.
Реклама инициализируется в HomeActivity -> initAdMob. Отключить должно быть не сложно. -

Для изменения библиотеки надо делать reverse engineering. Это можно сделать, но это процесс трудоемкий, который заранеее оценить не получится. В 500 точно не уложиться. -
