We are looking for a creative character animator to create various scenes focusing on facial expressions, dialogue, and emotions. The main task is to animate a 3D monkey character for short 15-second video clips. Additionally, the animator should have skills to create facial rigs if they are not present in the model.
Responsibilities:
Creating high-quality animations for the character, including facial expressions, body movements, and emotional scenes.
Preparing and adapting the character for different scenarios and plots.
Creating facial rigs on models if they are absent.
Developing a full package of emotional expressions for the character's face.
Collaborating with a team of writers to achieve the required emotional expressiveness.
Using animation software such as Maya, Blender, or others.
Requirements:
Experience in character animation, especially focusing on facial expressions and emotional scenes.
Proficiency in animation software (Maya, Blender, etc.).
Skills in creating facial rigs for characters.
Portfolio with examples of animations demonstrating conversational scenes and expressive facial expressions.
Ability to work within tight deadlines.
High level of creativity and attention to detail.
Budget is approximate. Everything will be discussed during communication.
