Regarding your video. 2-3 minutes is a fairly large project. In your example, the animation is not complex, but for 8000 UAH I could only offer this animation. However, as I understand it, you also need to create all the drawings according to the script? Drawing nicely and making a pleasant, good video for this amount, unfortunately, is unlikely. If you already have all the drawings, then great. I am ready to help you with the implementation of the project. If they need to be drawn, I can suggest some acquaintance artists.
