- ваш бот. клиент его добавляет и вы можете ему писать прямо на контакт, без раницы никнейма и тд
- сторонние стервисы. вы даете номер телефона или никнейм и они пытаются спамить
важно помнить что
- в телеграме клиент может запретить просто писать с незнакомых контактов
- клиент может не иметь никнейма
- клиент может запретить поиск себя по номеру телефона
бот самое оптимальное, но это клиент должен как минимум перейти по ссылке и добавить себе бота
