Architect for working with point clouds
Order: 3D Modeling of Facade Cladding and Parapets Based on Point Cloud (BIM / CAD)
I am looking for an experienced designer / 3D modeler who will create an accurate geometric model of the facade cladding and roof/parapet area based on the provided point cloud (laser scanning).
Scope of the order:
Extraction from the point cloud and precise reproduction of the geometry of the external walls.
Creation of a 3D model of the facade cladding (steel substructure visible in the attached photos).
Modeling the geometry of the parapets, walls, and cladding elements and sheet metal work in the eaves/parapet area.

A precise and clean point cloud in

Requirements:
Fluent knowledge of software for working with point clouds and modeling (e.g., Revit, Rhino, SolidWorks, AutoCAD or related).
Experience in designing ventilated facades, steel/aluminum structures, or sheet metal work.
High accuracy (working in millimeters) and understanding of building geometry.
Conditions:
Work format: Remote.
Output file format: To be agreed upon (e.g., DWG 3D, STEP, IFC, RVT).
Compensation and deadline: To be determined individually based on the complexity of the object.
