Position: Instagram Content Assistant / Personal Assistant for Expert

We are looking for a careful and responsible assistant who will collaborate with the Project Coordinator for Instagram content and perform personal organizational tasks with clear deadlines for the Expert.

It is important for us that the person wants to learn new things and feels part of the project — not just completing tasks. Experience is not required: the main thing is the desire to develop, involvement, and responsibility.

Main Responsibilities

• Listen to and record tasks from the Coordinator (voice messages, calls, meetings), structure them into a list of actions.
• Create content for Instagram according to the scheme/content plan provided by the Coordinator: posts, stories, reels, simple texts for them.
• Prepare drafts of posts: selecting photos/videos, basic editing in Canva/mobile apps, writing descriptions and hashtags.
• Plan and publish content at the agreed time (via the Instagram app or scheduling tools).
• Track basic metrics (reach, saves, reactions) and send short reports to the Coordinator once a week.
• Assist with minor organizational tasks for the Expert: reminders about deadlines, calendar entries, notes after calls, preparing simple documents.
• Clearly formulate tasks for the Expert and be able to explain them in a very simple and understandable way.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience using Instagram personally and a basic understanding of how stories, reels, and visual style work.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions clearly, and complete work according to ready-made schemes.
• Ability to work with deadlines, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and complete them with quality.
• There will be basic technical tasks in Excel and WordPress — we will teach, experience is not needed.
• Preferred: basic skills in Canva and CapCut or similar programs for simple design/editing.
• Written proficiency in Ukrainian (for post texts and communication with the team).

• Calm, non-conflict communication, openness to feedback, and a genuine desire to learn new things.
• Initiative in small matters: noticing where to make the Expert's life easier (reminding, suggesting simple solutions, preparing drafts in advance).
• A sense of belonging to the common result — a person who cares about how the project develops.

Work Format

• Hybrid (remote and in-person meetings), with the possibility of periodic calls/online meetings with Iryna.
• Part-time or full-time — to be discussed.
• Payment and schedule are agreed individually depending on the workload.
