Обязаности: Разработка сервера, периодически опрашивающего сервисы через SOAP и REST/JSON с сохранением результата в PostgreSQL. ORM используется только для своих таблиц конфигурирования, остальные таблицы настраиваются в кофигураторе и используются напрямую. Конфигуратор выполнен как сайт, в нем настраиваются параметры сервисов, как парсить ответ, в какие таблицы его сохранять. Верстку готовит верстальщик.
