Здравствуйте. Нужно приложение для автоматического голосования в топах серверов майнкрафт

Для голосования нужно авторизоваться через вконтакте, а также ввести никнейм. Думаю, что возможность это настроить должна быть в программе.
Должна быть возможность добавления нескольких аккаунтов вконтакте и прокси (разные ip)
Суть в том, что нужно добиться возможности голосовать за один никнейм на сервере под разными акками вк (и из-за этого нужны разные ip). 1 акк вк с 1 ip раз в 24ч может голосовать за никнейм.
Нужно чтобы приложение умело:
1. Стоять в автозапуке компьютера (голосовать можно раз в 24ч)
2. Умело определять, успешное ли было голосование (возможные ошибки: неверные данные входа вконтакте, тот же ip, не прошло 24ч)
