If you have one account, you need to post with breaks of about 10-15 minutes. That is, about 4-5 posts per hour. Over the course of a day, this will result in 1 post for 100 groups. Why are the intervals necessary? They are needed so that your account does not get banned.
It would be much better to have a farm of accounts (a group of 10-20 accounts) and perform actions from them.
The script will run on a VPS server (rental cost of 5-10 dollars per month) around the clock.
The script will be in Python + libraries Selenium/Playwright (browser emulation).

What you need to provide:
