Automation of processes in SendPulse
We are looking for an experienced specialist to set up and optimize the SendPulse system.
Project tasks:
- Set up correct integration of chats → CRM (creating/updating contacts, preventing duplicates, correct tagging) Optimization of the existing warming funnel
- Automation of chatbot funnels through MAKE
- Create a new quiz according to the technical specifications in the Telegram bot
- Set up telephony
- Organize data in CRM (fields, tags, logic)
Main competencies:
- API specialist
- MAKE specialist (webhooks, data synchronization)
- SendPulse CRM (contacts, deals, segmentation, deduplication)
- Telegram/WhatsApp/Instagram chatbots (quizzes, funnels)
- Setting up end-to-end analytics (UTM, FBCLID, GCLID)
- Integration of payment systems
