It is necessary to automate the process of winding thread onto a cardboard core (Card). How this is currently done can be seen in the video.
--------------------------------------------------------
Option 1. Task "Minimum".
Equipment:
1. Servo motor for sewing machine bruce 513a. It has a built-in revolution counter module, so it can send signals and count.
2. Controller.
3. Display.
*** Sequence ***
1. Manually - select thread
2. Manually - insert card
3. Manually - thread the thread into the card holder
---
4A. Automatic stop mode. Manually press a keyboard key (not necessarily this one, as long as it is convenient to use) (https://www.itbox.ua/ua/product/Klaviatura_A4tech_K13P_Fstyler_Numeric_Keypad_White_FK13P_White-p636794/) to enter the length value. Where values from 1-9 correspond to the number of meters, 0 is 10 meters.
4A.1 . Manually - press the foot pedal to turn on the motor
4A.2. Automatically - measure the length and display the current value on the large display. The motor stops when the specified length is reached.
-
4B. Manual stop mode. Do not enter a length value on the keyboard.
4B.1 . Manually - press the foot pedal to turn on the motor
4B.2. Automatically - measure the length and display the current value on the large display. The motor stops only when the foot is removed from the pedal. The counter resets to zero at each new start.
--------------------------------------------------------
Option 1. Task "Maximum".
Provide the operator with a choice of one of two system operation modes:
- Option 1. Task "Minimum" and
- Super Automatic mode.
*** Description of Super Automatic mode.
1. The operator inserts a USB flash drive with a CSV file (or other) containing three fields:
Design number (e.g., CS9999-2), Thread code (e.g., B5200), Length in meters (e.g., 8)
CS9999-2, B5200, 8
CS9999-2, 3856, 7
CS9999-2, 658, 10
etc.
2. The "Computer/controller" reads the data and forms a winding queue. It sequentially displays on the screen the design number, color, and thread length.
1. Manually - select thread
2. Manually - insert card
3. Manually - thread the thread into the card holder
4. The operator presses the pedal to start the motor and the winding of the required thread length begins.
5. The operator presses Enter on the keyboard to confirm the successful completion of the task.
6. The "Computer/controller" offers the next value in the queue. And so on until all tasks in the queue are completed.
--------------------------------------------------------
Additionally, consider a drive for laying the thread along the entire length of the card (25 mm).
I thought about an eccentric option that would move the card forward/backward with a motor that rotates the card. But this needs to be discussed together.
It is quite possible that I have not foreseen some aspects in the description. However, it will be roughly understandable.
Price will be discussed separately.
