We are a private English school. We work with Prosvita online journals. We need to set up an automatic process:
1. Extracting journals from Prosvita
We have journals in Prosvita by groups/classes.
We need to implement a stable and permitted way to automatically obtain data from these journals (either through exports or through the official capabilities of the service, depending on what is actually available).
2. Creating a summary table in Google Sheets
Based on all the journals (~160 files), we need to regularly create one summary table in Google Sheets according to our template.
3. Automatic register of “problematic issues”
Based on the summary table, a separate sheet/register is needed, where “problematic” cases are automatically highlighted:
• absences,
• low grades (below threshold),
• technical problems during lessons,
• other “risk” indicators.
It is necessary to ensure that this register is updated automatically (once every 2-3 days) and used by the administration for working with students and teachers.

• Propose the architecture of the solution.
• Implement an automatic cycle of obtaining → processing → aggregating data.
• Ensure resilience to changes in the order of columns in the journals.
• Set up regular automatic updates.
• Conduct testing on real data.
• Provide a brief instruction for administrators.
