1. Different placement of the text field. Actually, this is not a problem; the program will find this field by code, not by visual search - so this is not an issue!
2. Changing the text during the program's operation. In my opinion, it would be better to simply enter new text in the program itself, and it will insert the new text (I will explain in more detail a bit further down). But if this option is not convenient for you, we can come up with something else.

So, I propose to develop an application that will have a user-friendly interface for you, and from this application, you will be able to easily: change the text of the links, adjust the delay, and you will already have a convenient list of published links from which you can delete and modify links in the future.
