About various strange states of our body like déjà vu: Besides **déjà vu**, there are several similar psychological phenomena related to the perception of experience, memory, and the sense of reality. This can occur during learning or reading something new when it seems that this information is already familiar.6. **Hypnopompic and hypnagogic states** — these are experiences that occur on the border of sleep and wakefulness. In such states, brief sensations of familiar or unusual images and sounds may arise. Such phenomena can be interesting for research as they reflect the complexity of our memory and perception.
