The main task for now is to start with the backend while the design is being finalized. Once the design is complete, we will start looking for frontend developers. If you are a full stack developer and can create the manager's web cabinet, it will be an advantage

Рекомендую вказувати бюджет керівника, а не очікавати якоїсь дешевої вартості роботи. Не витрачайте даремно час на оцінку інший людей, якшо у вас вже є максимальна вартість яку ви готові заплатити.
