Смотрите только с моб устройста. И возможно проблема в одесских провайдерах. Поскольку более чем у 10 чел из Одессы не оторбражается на различных моб устройствах

Проблема не в мобильных браузерах. У вас там пробелма с CORS, если открывать сайт через доменное имя fr-od.com.ua, а не www.fr-od.com.ua
