Ball landing bump VFX on golf course surface for Unity 3D

We need to get a special Unity 3d visual effect which will display the ball bump effect on golf course surfaces. This effect must be prepared for use and have all the necessary settings and resources. Ball bump effect should work on low-end devices HDRP (PC), URP (Mobile) render pipelines and give a good level of quality.
Main features:
1. Display bump of a golf ball landing on different types of surfaces. Following shading on top of the surface texture.
2. The ball surface bump should be PBR with HDRP and URP types of shaders or bout platform shader. Shaders must have color texture, tint alpha color, normal map.
3. The bump of ball should spawn on the mesh surface.
4. Ball bump will have allays visible state for golf bunkers surface.
5. This effect must have C# script controller to spawn and set visual parameters.
6. VFX has different types of visualization for golf course surfaces.
7. Effect shader should have flowing interface in material: color texture map, normal texture map, smoothness parameter, specular parameter, tint color, tiling and offset.
8. Scrip controller sets all parameters for controlling effect through the interface, has all the necessary states and settings: surface type, bump visible time, bump effect power, bump width.
9. We should be able to set up all needed VFX parameters clearly.
Additional description
When a golf ball lands on a grass or other surface, a specific mark remains. We need to simulate it. When the ball is landing on the grass, we see its color change, this can be achieved by creating another surface on top of the surface with a special shader. On the grass, the bump quickly disappears in small height landing as the grass restores its shape. At sand or height landing on grass the effect remains constant. The effect should be as unique as possible and not depend on additional parameters of the Unity scene. He has to work on render Height Definition Render and Universal Render pipelines. We will evaluate his work on the test scene that you will prepare.
