Regarding the price - !!1000 UAH will not cover a proper field test and report!!. I would estimate the minimum working stage at 25000 UAH for the methodology, measurements, results table, processing, and conclusions.

Look, there’s a nuance - to make the comparison useful, we need to keep the antennas, power supply, installation height, LoRa settings, and test points the same. We will take the same geolocations for v2.2-field and Meshtastic v2.x, then compare the range, packet loss, latency, throughput, link stability, and power consumption. Otherwise, there will be a lot of numbers, but little sense =/

I carefully read the technical specification — the task is clear: to compare v2.2-field against Meshtastic v2.x on ESP32+SX1268 (E22-400M33S, 2W) in terms of range, PDR, link stability, and energy consumption, repeating the same geolocation points on both firmware versions.

A few clarifications to ensure the quote is fair and not arbitrary:

Hardware. Who provides the test kits (2× ESP32+SX1268, antennas, batteries) and the v2.2-field firmware — you, or does the contractor need to have their own?
Field trips. The field part (field/forest/city, distances up to 15 km) involves real outings with two stations. Is the budget of 1000 UAH allocated for the entire cycle of field tests or a separate stage?
Breakdown. Do you consider payment in stages (field measurements separately, processing and reporting separately)?
Where I provide maximum value — the analytical part of the specification: parsing UART logs → CSV for each packet (GPS/RSSI/SNR/size), RF Heatmap on a satellite background, height profile with Fresnel zones, Time-to-Delivery, and assembling photo fragments, anomaly log (watchdog/recoveries), and a final structured report in PDF/Docx with raw logs.
