3D барельеф
Добрый день, необходимо создать барельефы (STL) по фотографии. Модель должна подходить для изготовления станком типа ЧПУ. Детализация должна соответствовать исходнику. Высота рельефа не более 1-1.2 мм.
Модель для нанесения на зажигалку, следовательно важно учесть "шов". Требуется не просто скопировать а с доработками.
Жду от вас стоимость работы, сроки исполнения. Смотрю портфолио исполнителей, так что очень желателен опыт в барельефах, так как там тоже есть свои особенности.

качество впечатляет, смущает только "отходность" - т.е. весь металл испаряется? или он используется как головка SLS?

Испаряется весь, изначально это просто шайба. Но так напрямую редко делают, это просто на показ, реально делают штампы и потом их тиражируют.

Качество вполне достойное! Для изготовления зажигалок технология идеальная! В некоторых моментах можно оставлять шероховатость как от пескоструйки и выпалировывать только зеркальные поверхности! + можно использовать дешевые материалы для корпуса и для раскраски, что увеличивает контингент заказчиков! кароче - бомба!
