Bass Accounting and IKKO synchronization
Setting up synchronization between the accounting system IKKO (the main system for the restaurant) and BAS Accounting PROF.
Task:
Main accounting system – IKKO.
All business operations (sales, balances, purchases, etc.) are conducted in IKKO.Synchronization with BAS:
It is necessary to implement automatic or manual data export from IKKO to BAS of the following information:Data on product sales (receipts, changes, cash documents).
Information on the movement of goods (receipts, write-offs, transfers).
Balances in warehouses (optional).
Directories (nomenclature, counterparties, departments, etc.).
Data exchange format:
Determine a convenient format for data transfer (XML, JSON, Excel, API, other).Frequency:
Data exchange can be either automatic (on schedule) or manual (by button).
Accuracy requirements:
After each exchange, there should be a log file with results: successful / errors.
There should be an option for re-synchronization in case of failure.
IKKO also has some export system that we can use if it fits

Сама шукала інфо бо ми з проєктами гівноро@ії не маєм справи але тут все запутано шось зхоже на 1с і БАС ((((( одні кажуть ні другі так

І можна у них дізнатись чи можливий обмін пакетами даних в форматі JSON не зовсім по документації зрозуміло, хоча видно, що використовується COM-підключення до БД сервісу ІККО + веб-сервіси

На сьогодні всі платформи пропонують експорт у форматі CSV — і це не проблема. Але в ІККО немає механізму автоматичного обміну. Єдиний варіант — ручне вивантаження
І це вже критично.
Уявіть, що зараз обсяг даних невеликий, і ручна робота виглядає допустимою. Але з кожним днем кількість даних буде зростати — і все це перетвориться на головний біль. Людський фактор, затримки, помилки, дублікати. Автоматизація тоді втратить будь-який сенс.Тому:
Ручний обмін — тільки як запасний варіант.
Якщо немає іншого способу — так, використовуємо його, але лише як тимчасове рішення.
Наш пріоритет — знайти або створити реальну автоматизовану інтеграцію, без ручного втручання.
