BAS Бухгалтерия, прикреплять файлы к документу ( доработать)
Всем привет,
Стоит BAS Бухгалтерия для Украины.
Нужно сделать:
1) Создать отдельную базу для Хранение прикрепленных файлов ( чтоб не раздувать основную базу) (хранение прикрепленных файлов на диске не предлагать)
2) Добавить возможность перетаскивания файла из папки на диске в окно хранения файлов в программе и обратно из программы в папку на диске ( смотрите приложенный скрин)
3) Реализовать пункт 2 во Входящих счетах / исходящих счетах / карточке контрагента

Добрый день. Начну с того, что с конфигурацией Документооборот есть возможность настроить бесшовную интеграцию. Когда из Вашей рабочей базы пользователь попадает в Документооборот, буквально не замечая этого. Но конкретно под Вашу задачу необходима дополнительная аналитика, для оценки возможности и трудозатрат.
Если не отходить от Вашей задачи, то вижу следующий вариант реализации:
1 Могу создать самописную базу для хранения файлов документов Входящие счета / исходящие счета / карточка контрагента.
2 Настроить обмен данными между базами.
3 В основной базе необходимо будет добавить документам таблицу с описанием файлов для поиска в базе хранящей файлы
