Bot in Python that responds to necessary messages

There is a website where notifications appear. The bot checks the notifications (these are messages with titles) and responds to them with the required title and main text that was chosen initially.
The bot clicks on the notifications on the main page of the website (the notification icon) and a pop-up window appears with a list of all notifications.
Each notification has a time when it was received. The bot reacts to new notifications that are marked "less than 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 minute ago".
It opens notifications if it has not previously clicked on them (remembers the link).
When opening a notification, it looks at the title of the notification; if the title contains the necessary keywords, the bot sends a message. It also writes the necessary phrases in the message title based on the keywords that were specified in advance (for each keyword being searched in the notification title, there will be a corresponding phrase that will be written in the title).
If no keyword matches are found - it reopens the list of notifications and waits for the next one.
If for some reason the bot crashes, it should restart itself.
If for some reason there are no notifications for more than 5 minutes, it should restart itself.
If an error occurs while sending a message, the bot makes 3 attempts every 5 seconds, then moves on to the next notification.
Create the bot in Python.
No admin panel is needed, just files that run the script, files in which parameters are specified (trigger time, number of attempts). The description of the message and keywords should be taken from a text document (specify the directory or take it from the folder where the script is located).
