Boot Parsers Telegram Channels

Mechanics of the BOT:
1) The person sends a bot link to a certain telegram channel (chat) from which he wants to spart users.
2) The bot scans the channel and sends the channel users' nicknames in CSV format.
Now I have two scripts of parsers, written on the paton.
The script is executed using Telegram API development tools. And the script is sent to the phone number, api_id and api_hash telegram account, after which it gets access to chatting channels, and makes the parsing of the chatting chosen.
In fact, I have a script with a parser, but it needs to be rebuilt for a bot so that a person sends a link to the channel and everything.
Also, the use of the bots will be available only by signature (the bots will need to be connected to the payment system).
And you’ll need to put a bot on hosting, or help with it.
