2. Create laravel script with CRUD (create, read, update, delete) and mail operations. It will include list with operations (like to send email, to send emails to all, to send email to selected, select all, etc).
3. Add sparkpost API integration to be able to send emails
4. Create additional features, like email sending schedule, CRUD operation for email templates (like to add new email template, apply it as default, etc.) if needed.
5. Testing and bugfix
