Business Analysis (e-commerce) for the discovery stage
We are looking for a Business Analyst with e-commerce experience for a short discovery phase before starting the development of an online store.
The task is to help form a clear understanding of the product and reduce risks before UX/UI and development.
What needs to be done:
- define the business goals of the project
- describe the structure of the product catalog (categories, attributes, variations, filters)
- describe key user-flows (catalog → product → cart → checkout)
- identify necessary integrations (payments, delivery, CRM / ERP)
- describe the basic logic of orders
Work result:
- structured discovery / BA document
- list of functionalities
- catalog structure
- list of integrations
