Due to the expansion of the legal and operational departments, as well as preparations for transferring some projects to external contractors, we are looking for an experienced business analyst to help document business logic, describe processes, and establish systematic documentation.

Who We Are Looking For

Senior analyst with experience in creating documentation from scratch, systematic thinking, and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate can turn verbal tasks and unstructured information into clear and understandable technical documentation, logical diagrams, and workflows.

Main Tasks

• Interview with the team to gather business and functional requirements

• Detailed documentation of current business processes

• Preparation of a complete set of documentation:

  • BRD — description of business requirements

  • FRD — functional requirements

  • TRD — technical requirements

• Writing user instructions based on UI and logic

• Creating diagrams and schemas in Miro and Visio

• Configuring and structuring processes in Jira and Confluence

• Supporting the team during Jira launch and adaptation

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in creating BRD, FRD, TRD

• Deep understanding of business logic and processes

• Proficiency in: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Visio

• Basic knowledge of SQL, UML, BPMN — preferred

• English — at least Intermediate level

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environment

• Ability to structure and document even complex processes
