Сможете дать необходимые размеры в нужных местах?

Могу попробовать, но ребристость это издержки конвертации модели в stl. Инзначально модель гладкая (в формате той программы, в которой её проектировали). Пришлите модель (если есть) в оригинальном формате , если нет - в stl. [email protected] - попробую улучшить.

Просто сгладить или в определенных местах? -
Также по ссылке присутствуют дубликаты - это верно? Дубликаты также сглаживаем?

Возможно кто-то без размеров и готов сглаживать, но когда размер скругленной части выходит в сотых миллиметра, а Вы говорите, что "желательно сгладить дабы не допиливать руками" - тогда к Вам огромная просьба!
Предоставьте необходимые размеры по каждой детали!
Хотя бы те размеры - где необходимо скругление править и сглаживать!

а ума радиус фаски без размеров сделать нельзя? Человек написал что немного мешает из за углов.....Или что бы объекту сглаживание применить тоже линейка нужна?
