The will be based on 3 steps for the Builder:
1. Propose: Describe to us the chatbot you will build for the Forum. If it sounds OK we will provide you a cash Stipend to work on it.
2. Build your bot and join the conversation. If it works objectively (likely competitively), we will provide a Scouting Bonus including additional payment.
3. Submit: Have the bot reviewed subjectively. If we think it worthy to join the (Github open source) cast, you'll receive a Signing Bonus, including at least another payment.
There will eventually be an RFP=request for proposal form for this, helping the Builder know what to address. The RFP is likely to include:
- The big 3: Consistent Personality, Factual Knowledge, Empathy.
- Enabling tech - Language, data sets, base bot or other foundation, AI means such as neural net packages, etc.
- Housekeeping: the usual, with dates, time, payment arrangements, etc.
Target: 2 week independent Python projects, with $100 tied to each of the above 3 Builder steps.
