Например, можно написать программу под Андроид для того, чтобы воспользоваться механизмом преобразования текста в звук от гоогле. У Вас есть предпочтения, какой сервис использовать?

Так але все дуже субективно і залежеть від мови і тексту. Те що в них для приклада воно вилизане до ідеалу не означа що точно так буде працювати на вашому тексті.
Для російської мови є досить добрі варіанти і безкоштовно але з українською можливо прийдеться погратись.

Если хотите секономить и воспользоваться механизмом гоогле для генерации звука из текста, то можно написать программу для Андроид. На Андроид телефонах присутствует возможность такой генерации без дополнительной оплаты. Так работают все программы для Андроид, которые читают тексты.
