If your sole proprietorship is a single tax payer, then you will have to lie about the VAT payer tax status in the Google Ads payment profile and add two additional fictitious digits to the tax number.
Also, in Google Ads, you cannot set the payment method to "Bank transfer," because VAT is always charged for this payment method.
