Contact Center Specialist with knowledge of Bulgarian
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Answer phone calls and business letters professionally
- Research required information using available resources
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Process orders, forms and applications
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
Education and Experience
- Degree in Finance/Accounting or Philology will be a plus
- Computer literacy
- Fluent knowledge of Bulgarian
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Six months or more experience in a call center environment will be a plus
- Good data entry/keyboard skills
- Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
