Content Manager (SEO, WordPress)
5 USDWe are looking for a Content Manager to create, format, and optimize content for SEO-focused websites for iGaming. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, basic SEO knowledge, and experience working with WordPress and content optimization tools.
Responsibilities:
- Format and publish website content according to SEO specialists' guidelines (headings, subheadings, meta descriptions, keywords).
- Optimize images (add alt tags, compress size, and ensure proper placement).
- Manage content via WordPress, including adding articles, creating categories, and styling pages.
- Ensure proper internal linking and update site links as needed.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure it meets grammar, uniqueness, and technical requirements.
- Monitor and fix on-page technical issues (broken links, formatting problems).
- Use Google Search Console to track and manage page indexing status.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and SEO specialists to ensure high-quality content delivery.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a content manager or in a similar role.
- SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO principles (keywords, meta tags, internal linking).
- WordPress Expertise: Proficient in managing content on WordPress, including plugins and basic troubleshooting.
- Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and image editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to follow instructions precisely and review work before publishing.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (Intermediate level or higher); other language proficiency is a plus.
